The Membership year commences each year (in accordance with the Club’s Constitution) following the Annual General Meeting. Registration and membership must be completed for each new year before any surf life saving activities (including training) are undertaken.
New & Existing Membership Registration Options
1. Online Registration
Download detailed instructions on the membership process for new & existing members – SLSA Portal Account Guide: When you are ready – go to the registration portal to join / renew by clicking on new member or existing member.
All new & existing members who chose to join / renew online are required to set up an account with SLSA which will be used to create and complete your registration. This account also holds all your information such as proficiencies and awards. Account holders can log-in, update details, renew membership and pay membership fees in the Portal once you have created an account.
2. In Person
Registration days are held each year. New & existing members can join / renew at any one of these days.

3. Post Mail
Existing members can chose to send membership form/s with payment via post mail.

Member Protection Declaration
All members over the age of 18 years MUST complete obtain a Working With Children’s Clearance Check. This is at no cost for members.
Complete the online form on the NSW Office of Children’s Guardian Website. Once the online form is submitted you will need to attend a Services NSW Branch and have your identity confirmed. You will be provided a Clearance Number within 4-6 weeks.
Please provide this to the Club as soon as you receive it.
Nipper Parents Note: For Nipper membership at least one parent must also be registered and a parent will need to accompany the child to Nipper activities (and join in too!). The Nipper parent membership category is JAC Parent Associate and JAC Parent (2nd). Please view the respective fees for each below.

Members wishing to use the gym for the 2016 – 2017 season for WH&S purposes must complete the Gym Membership Form, pay the appropriate Gym fees + Key Deposit. Keys are available from Kevin Jackson. All members must have their own gym key. No family keys.
Acceptance of Membership
Upon receipt of membership registration, which must include full payment of membership fees, all pending memberships will be considered by the management committee for acceptance and outcomes will be advised accordingly.
