Australia Day Harbour Swim 2010

2010 will see the 16th running of this famous local swimming event. Born from the old days when the odd Stockton Surf Club member who had missed the ferry would make the swim back home (not recommended!!), the Australia Day Harbour Swim is now a recognised event on the States swimming calendar.

To be held Australia Day (26 January 2009) the event will be run by Stockton Surf Club (SLSC). This event aspires to grow every year into one of the best open water swims in Australia. 

The Event is an open water swim of either 700m starting at 9:30am or 1400 starting at 10:15am. 

700m entries will only be taken on the Stockton side until 8:45am. Entry fee is $40.

1400m entires will only be taken on the Newcastle side until 9:45am. Entry fee is $40.
